The Bresser Refractor 102/1000 EXOS 1 is a traditional achromatic refractor with an objective lens diameter of 4 inch / 102mm. Whilst a classical refracting instrument, there are many modern features of to this system: the rigid Exos 1 equatorial mount with steel tripod and accessory tray, an illuminated 8x50mm Finderscope with reticule, a good quality star diagonal, a 26mm Super Plossl eyepiece and a compression-ring eyepiece holder with integral camera T-thread for easy attachment of DSLRs (with an appropriate T-ring, available separately). The Bresser Refractor 102/1000 EXOS 1 represents a better standard of build quality and finish than many competing telescopes and can be upgraded to dual axis motor drives at a later date if so desired.
